Located on a 300-acre forested campus in Houston, Rice University is consistently ranked among the nation’s top 20 universities by U.S. News & World Report. Rice has highly respected schools of Architecture, Business, Continuing Studies, Engineering, Humanities, Music, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences and is home to the Baker Institute for Public Policy. With 3,879 undergraduates and 2,861 graduate students, Rice’s undergraduate student-to-faculty ratio is 6-to-1. Its residential college system builds close-knit communities and lifelong friendships, just one reason why Rice is ranked No. 1 for happiest students and for lots of race/class interaction by the Princeton Review. Rice is also rated as a best value among private universities by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance. To read “What they’re saying about Rice,” go to

  4. I want to put some words regarding my thoughts about these kinds of mighty university. First of all am from India but now I am the citizen of USA. There are plenty of students that are graduating not from the popular university or colleges and are achieving great things in life. These kinds of mighty university which are highly popular all over the world and many students want to be the part of them but on the other hand they need a bucket of good qualities in you.GPA—must be 4.0 above, money—A very big reason unless you have any scholarships. But if you go to public universities or colleges yes you have to pay but less.GPA— 2.3 yes you are accepted.Basically I want to say that don’t make yourself fool, yes these are good university but they need much more in you.

  5. Looking forward to my Early Decision results mid-December! Hope I get to experience all that the video depicted!🦉👌🏻 As always Rice has the most beautiful campus, Lovett Hall is awesome.

  6. My dream university! I’ve seen and heard nothing but great things about the numerous research opportunities, the beautiful campus (I’ve been there myself and can confirm that it is indeed breath-taking), the lively city of Houston, and, of course, the amazingly friendly students and professors!

  7. I’m getting so many hogwarts vibes. I love the way the classical design flows with the more modern yet equally intricate structures. It’s cool because they are each so beautiful in them selves and the confidence of the artists behind the modern buildings to choose not to imitate but instead emulate his or her predecessors while still integrating a sort of simplicity that accents the surrounding nature is so great!. I’ve just finished my first year of secondary school but I still don’t know what college I want to go to 📚 but this one seems cozy
